Double Data Rate, 200 MHz DDR-SDRAM memory chips certified to operate up to 100 MHz. Since this kind of memory works transferring two data per clock cycle, it achieves a performance as if it were working at 200 MHz, even though it doesn’t work under this clock rate. DDR-DIMM modules using DDR200 memory chips are called PC1600. | |
