(1) Electronic products targeted to regular users such as TV sets, VCRs, CD players, DVD players, MP3 players, etc.
(2) Abreviation of Compact Edition, on Windows CE, which is a Windows version targeted to PDAs. Officially Microsoft claims that "CE" from Windows CE has no meaning.
(3) Abreviation of Conformité Européenne (European Conformity), which is a health and safety conformity marking that some electronic products must have in order to be sold in Europe.
