Continuity Rambus In Line Memory Module
This is an "empty" memory module and should be installed on RIMM memory sockets left empty on motherboards that use this kind of memory (also known as Rambus memory).
Rambus technology needs a resistive termination. Because of that all RIMM sockets on the motherboard have to be filled. In case you don't have enough memory modules to fill all memory sockets available, you need to install a special module called C-RIMM (Continuity RIMM) to close the resistive circuit.
