System Integrator
System integrators are companies or professional technicians that assemble computers, buying parts from different manufacturers. “Integrator” is a fancier word than “computer assembler”. System integrators don’t have a volume large enough to demand exclusivity or that a certain board model to be sold only to them. Otherwise they would be classified as OEM.
