Plastic Quad Flat Packaging

PQFP is an integrated circuit packaging type derived from QFP, using plastic as its main material. PQFP integrated circuits are squared with terminals coming out from its four sides. PQFP circuits are designed to be directly soldered to the printed circuit board through a soldering technique called SMT.
