Original Design Manufacturer or Original Device Manufacturer

Company that designs a product or manufacture a product to be sold by third parties. It is different from OEM because OEM companies sell their own equipments. And it is different from IHV because IHV companies sell only parts and components, while ODM companies sell finish products.
