Non-Disclosure Agreement

Contract signed between two parties were one of them makes the commitment in not revealing to third parties all data and information that the other party will present. For example, several times we have access to information about a product before its official launch, but we have to sign a NDA were we promise to reveal all information only after a certain date, usually the official launch date.
