DDR-DIMM memory modules using DDR333 memory chips. Certified to run up to 166 MHz, they can achieve a maximum transfer rate of 2,664 MB/s. Since DDR-SDRAM memories transfer two data per clock cycle, they have a performance as if they were running at 333 MHz.
