DDR-DIMM memory modules using DDR200 memory chips. Certified to run up to 100 MHz, they can achieve a maximum transfer rate of 1,600 MB/s, hence its name. Since DDR-SDRAM memories transfer two data per clock cycle, they have a performance as if they were running at 200 MHz.
