Zalman has updated their ZM850-HP and ZM1000-HP power supplies to make them compatible with the 80 Plus Silver certification. The new units carry the word “Plus” at the end of the name and have the same basic features as their old brothers, like modular cabling system, active PFC circuit, dual-heatpipe internal heatsink, a 140-mm fan, and protections against over current (OCP), over voltage (OVP), short-circuit (SCP), under voltage (UVP), and over temperature (OTP). The ZM850-HP Plus is priced at USD 209.99, while the ZM1000-HP Plus is priced at USD 269.99.
