Transcend has announced the addition of 64 GB models to their JetFlash 600 and JetFlash 620 USB flash drives. So, both JetFlash 600 and JetFlash 620 series are now offered in 4 GB, 8 GB, 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB capacities, carrying a lifetime warranty. The new models feature USB 2.0 interface and, thanks to the dual-channel technology, they can reach read and write speeds of up to 32 MB/s and 18 MB/s, respectively. No word on pricing.
