Super Talent Launches TeraDrive FT2 SSD Series

Super Talent has launched TeraDrive FT2 series of 2.5” SSD drives targeted to enterprise market. Available in 50 GB (SLC or MLC memory chips), 100 GB (SLC or MLC memory chips) and 200 GB (MLC memory chips) capacities, these new SSD drives from Super Talent are controlled by the SandForce SF-1500 chip, have SATA-300 interface and provides read and write speeds up to 250 MB/s. No word on pricing and availability.
