Super Talent is bragging for launch of the world’s first 4 GB DDR3 SO-DIMM running at 1,600 MHz, currently available 4 GB laptop memory
modules run up to 1,333 MHz. The Super Talent 4 GB DDR3-1600 SO-DIMM modules are currently in production and should become available in a few weeks.
