Super Talent announced the new DDR3 SO-DIMMs, which supports transfer rates up to 10,664 MB/sec. It requires only 1.5V, compared to 1.8V for DDR2, resulting in power savings of up to 20% and less heat output. Available in modules of 1 GB, it features a speed of 1333 MHz, CL9 and has a street price of USD 99.
