Super Talent Announces USB 3.0 Flash Memory

Super Talent has expended its USB 3.0 flash memory offer with the launch of Express RAM Cache. This new USB 3.0 drive is available in 32 GB and 64 GB capacities and comes with a DRAM caching system that according to the manufacturer can boost small block random performance by up to 110x over USB 2.0 speeds. Express RAM Cache will reach the market in early July. No word on pricing.
