Sparkle Announces GeForce GT 240 Calibre Cards

Sparkle has extended its Calibre line-up with the launch of two GeForce GT 240 video cards: X240 (512 MB GDDR5) and X240G (1 GB GDDR5). These cards works internally at 630 MHz (14.55% above stock clock of 550 MHz), access the memory at 3,600 MHz QDR (5.88% above stock clock of 3,400 MHz QDR) through a 128-bit interface, have 96 stream processors running at 1,677 MHz (25.15% above stock clock of 1,340 MHz) and VGA, DVI and HDMI connectors. These cards feature a dual-slot cooler solution that features a fan with two blade layers, which has a self-cleaning function where fan will rotate clockwise for 30 seconds after turned on, then counter-clockwise to remove dust from internal parts. No word on pricing and availability.
