SilverStone has introduced the Strider Gold series of 80 Plus Gold-rated power supplies. Available in 750 W, 850 W, 1000 W, and 1200 W flavors, these new units feature modular cabling system, active PFC circuit, a single +12 V rail, a 135-mm fan (maximum noise level of 36 dBA), and protections against and protections against over voltage (OVP), over current (OCP), over power (OPP), under voltage (UVP), over temperature (OTP), and short-circuit (SCP). No word on pricing.
