Scythe has launched a low-profile CPU cooler intended to be used on HTPC (home theater PC) and small factor computers. The Kozuti (SCKZT-1000) is compatible with Intel (sockets 775/1155/1156/1366) and AMD (AM2/AM2+/AM3) processors, features three 6-mm copper heatpipes, aluminum fins, and an 80 mm fan that spins at 800 to 3,300 rpm, producing a maximum noise level of 32.5 dBA. Unlike regular coolers, on the Kozuti, the fan is positioned below the fins.
This new cooler has a suggested price of USD 36.50.
