Sapphire Intros Radeon HD 6970 Battlefield 3 Special Edition

Celebrating the launch of the Battlefield 3 game, Sapphire has unveiled a Radeon HD 6970 video card that comes with a voucher to download the title.

The Sapphire Radeon HD 6970 Battlefield 3 Special Edition works internally at 880 MHz (960 MHz in overclock), has 2 GB of GDDR5 memory running at 5.5 GHz (5.7 GHz in overclock) through a 256-bit interface, features two DVI, one HDMI, and two mini DisplayPort connectors, and a dual-slot Vapor-X cooler. Also, this video card features the FleX technology, which allows the direct connection of three DVI monitors in Eyefinity mode without the need for special adapters.
