Samsung has increased their EcoGreen F3EG series of hard disks with the launch of 1.5 TB and 2 TB models. These new 3.5” disks have SATA-300 interface, 16 MB/32 MB of cache, spin at 5,400 rpm and, according to the manufacturer, consume up to 40% less than competing products. 2 TB model is now available with a suggested price of USD 179.99.
