In order to make overclockers and gamers happy, Patriot has launched a DDR3 memory kit with modules working up to 2,500 MHz with 9-11-9-27 timings at 1.65 V. This 4 GB (2 x 2 GB) kit is part of Viper II Series Sector 5 series and its modules feature an extruded aluminum heatsink. Besides this kit, Patriot has also announced other two kits running at 2,400 MHz and 2,133 MHz with 9-11-9-27 and 9-9-9-27 timings, respectively. No word on pricing and availability.
