OCZ has updated their Vertex and Colossus SSD series to improve sequencial speeds and random write operations. Called Vertex Plus and Colossus Plus, the new drives have SATA-300 interface and make use of an Indilinx controller. The 2.5” Vertex Plus drives are available in 32 GB, 64 GB, and 128 GB capacities, while the Colossus Plus drives are offered with up to 1 TB capacity in a 3.5” form factor. No word on pricing.
