New Signature Memory Modules From Patriot

Patriot has extended its Signature line-up with the launch of DDR2-800 (PC2-6400) SO-DIMM memory modules with 4 GB and 8 GB (4 GB x 2 kits) capacities. These new modules work at 800 MHz, have CL5 timings and are powered at 1.8 V. No word on pricing.
