Mushkin has expanded its Callisto deluxe series of SSD drives with the launch of a 40 GB model to the current lineup, which already includes 60 GB, 120 GB, and 240 GB drives. The Callisto deluxe SSD drives have SATA-300 interface, make use of a SandForce SF-1200 controller and provide read and write speeds of up to 285 MB/s and 275 MB/s, respectively. Mushkin didn’t say for how much this new model will reach the market.
