Lexar Media has announced the launch of the Crucial RealSSD C300 series of 1.8” SSD drives. Coming in 64 GB, 128 GB, and 256 GB capacities, these new drives feature MLC memory chips, SATA-600 interface, and provide a maximum read speed of 355 MB/s. The write speed varies according to the model: 55 MB/s (64 GB model), 140 MB/s (128 GB model), and 215 MB/s (256 GB model). They come with a suggested price of USD 149.99 (64 GB model), USD 299.99 (128 GB model), and USD 599.99 (256 GB model).
