Intel Intros Core i7 960

Intel silently introduced the newest member of Core i7 family, Core i7 960. This socket 1366 model is made on 45-nm technology, works internally at 3.2 GHz, has four cores, supports HyperThreading technology, has 8 MB of L3 cache, 256 KB of L2 cache per core, built-in DDR3-800/1066 memory controller, QPI bus working at 4.8 GT/s, TDP of 130 W and is priced at USD 562 (in 1000 unit tray quantities).
