GeForce GTX 295 Details

Today NVIDIA provided some information on GeForce GTX 295 vide cards that will be officially launched next month during Consumer Electronics Show (CES), in Las Vegas. This PCI Express 2.0 card is equipped with two 55-nm GPUs (GT200b) working internally at 576 MHz, has 1,792 MB GDDR3 being accessed at 1,998 MHz DDR (999 MHz real) through a 448-bit interface, 480 stream processors, two Dual-link DVI and one HDMI connectors, TDP of 289 W and requires extra power via one 6-pin and one 8-pin connectors. GeForce GTX 295 is coming to fight with Radeon HD 4870 X2 and probably will reach the market costing USD 499, USD 50 less than its rival from AMD/ATI.
