ECS unveils the new GeForce 6100SM-M Micro ATX motherboard with NVidia GeForce 6100 GPU and nForce 405 MCP. The GeForce 6100SM-M supports AMD AthlonT 64 AM2 based processors. It features DirectX 9 and Shader Model 3.0, but gamers can also choose an add-on video card, once it comes with a PCI-Express X16 slot (X8 mode). It also features one PCI-Express X1 slot and two PCI slots. The south bridge offers two Serial ATA (SATA) II high-speed 3.0Gb/s ports with RAID 0 and 1 capability, two Ultra DMA133/100/66 devices,built-in 10/100 Ethernet and eight USB 2.0 interfaces. There is also an integrated high definition audio. The board can support dual channel DDR2-800/667/533 SDRAM memory up to 16 GB. Suggested price: USD 60.
