Corsair Unveiled 2GB DDR2-667 for Notebooks

Corsair today unveiled production-ready 2GB DDR2-667 (PC5300). Designed for current generation notebooks and mini-PCs, the new high density SODIMMs are optimized for Microsoft Windows Vista. They run at 667 MHz and they are tested at 1.8v. According to the manufacturer, tey're up to 50% less power consumption.
