Corsair has just launched Extreme series of 2.5” solid state drives. Available in 32, 64 and 128 GB capacities, Extreme SSDs have 64 MB of buffer, SATA-300 interface, RAID 0 support and provide read and write speeds of up to 240 MB/s and 170 MB/s, respectively. No word on pricing.
