Corsair Announces Obsidian 700D Mid-tower Case

Corsair has announced the launch of Obsidian 700D mid-tower case. This new case features steel body and aluminum frontal panel, has five 5 ¼” external bays, six 3 ½” internal bays (compatible with 2 ½” devices) and seven slots for expansion cards. Its interior is painted black and it comes with several neat features like holes for routing cables behind the motherboard tray (all protected by rubber covers), a huge hole on the motherboard tray for you to have access to the backplate from the CPU cooler, allowing you to replace it without having to remove the motherboard, watercooling support and tool-less mechanism for hard drives installation. As for cooling, Obsidian 700D is equipped with three 140-mm fans, one on the front panel, one on the rear panel and one on the top panel. No word on pricing and availability.
