Cooler Master has just launched a brand-new computer case, the Silencio 550, a product targeted to those users who love a quiet system. It features a layer of foam on both side panels to absorb noise and make the computer quieter. To top it off, the Silencio 550 has a solid-steel unshakable structure and rubber feet, features that keep the computer even quieter.
The product supports microATX and ATX motherboards, measures 8.3 x 17.8 x 19.9 inches (210 x 415.5 x 505.2 mm), weighs 20.3 lbs (9.2 kg), has three 5.25” external bays, seven 3.5” internal bays, two 3.5”/2.5” internal bays (converted from one 3.5” bay), seven slots for expansion cards, one USB 3.0 port, one USB 2.0 port, one SD card reader, an external hot-swappable hard drive dock, and two 120 mm fans, one on the front panel and one on the rear panel.
The Silencio 550 supports video cards up to 11.10 inches (281 mm) long and coolers up to 6.10 inches (154 mm) tall, and its interior and exterior are painted black. Its front panel adorns a mirrored high-gloss finishing.
