Biostar’s newest Hi-Fi Z77X motherboard is a product based on Intel’s Z77 chipset, supporting all of Intel’s socket LGA1155 processors. This motherboard features an integrated technology called “Puro Hi-Fi Technology,” targeting audiophiles, HTPC enthusiasts, and high-end gamers.
The Puro Hi-Fi technology utilizes audio components with an independent power design for a significant reduction in electronic noise and superb sound quality. The unique noise-blocking multi-layer PCB layout is ideal for exceptional clarity and high fidelity sound. It has a sampling rate of 192 kHz/24-bit which delivers high quality audio through an analog connection to your home theater system, multi-channel speakers, and high-end headphone. You can enjoy real Blu-ray grade high-definition sound in 7.1-channel surround sound.
The Biostar Hi-Fi Z77X motherboard comes with four DDR3 memory sockets, two PCI Express x16 3.0 slots, one PCI Express x16 2.0 slot, three PCI Express x1 2.0 slots, two SATA-600 ports, four SATA-300 ports, two USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, one Gigabit Ethernet port (Realtek RTL8111F), and 8-channel audio (Realtek ALC898 codec; 7.1+2 channels, 24-bit resolution, 192 kHz sampling rate, 110 dB SNR for the outputs, and 104 dB SNR for the inputs).
