Biostar has introduced their first socket 2011 motherboard based on the Intel X79 chipset, the TPower X79. This board features four DDR3-2400 memory sockets, three PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots (x16, x16, x8), two PCI Express 2.0 x1 slots, one PCI slot, four SATA-600 ports, three SATA-300 ports, one eSATA-300 port, eight-channel audio (Realtek ALC898), Gigabit Ethernet (Realtek RTL8111E), and six USB 3.0 ports.
