By Cássio Lima on August 1, 2011 - 1:09 PM

We’ve seen this product at Computex 2011 as a prototype, but today ASUS makes its official debut. The Eee Pad Slider is a tablet that features a “hidden” physical keyboard underneath it, which can be slid out to be used for typing. This model is based on NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 processor, has a 1280x800 touchscreen display, a 1.2 Mpixels camera on the front-facing, a 5 Mpixels camera on the back-facing, and USB, mini HDMI, and MicroSD ports. It runs the Google’s Android 3.1 operating system.

Information on pricing was not provided.
