ASRock Unveils Fatal1ty 990FX Professional Motherboard

ASRock has introduced their first motherboard for the upcoming AMD FX-Series CPUs based on the Bulldozer architecture. Dubbed Fatal1ty 990FX Professional, this board supports AM3+ processors and is based on the AMD 990FX chipset. It features three PCI Express x16 slots, two PCI Express 2.0 x1 slots, two PCI standard slots, four DDR3-2100 memory sockets, six USB 3.0 ports, six SATA-600 ports, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, 7.1 channel audio (Realtek ALC892), a 14-phase regulator voltage circuit, and two Fatal1ty USB mouse ports, which allows polling rate adjustment from 125 Hz to 1000 Hz.  ASRock’s motherboard also features one FireWire and two eSATA ports, and a POST diagnostics display.
