AMD Cuts Processors Price

AMD announces price cut for dual-core Athlon 64 X2 processors. Athlon 64 X2 6000+, the fastest dual-core from AMD, drops from USD 241-per-unit to USD 178. The lower-end 4000+ model fall from USD 89 to USD 73. AMD has also reducted prices for single-core Athlon 64 chips and Sempron line. Check AMD site for the complete price's list. The prices are valid in 1000-unit tray quantities.
