OCZ Technology announced a new PC-3200 Voltage eXtreme Gold series memory, designed to operate at a high voltage in order to increase the speed and stability and provide aggressive timings. Running at the standard 2.6 volts, OCZ PC-3200 Gold VX boasts 2-3-3-8 latencies, but at 3.2 volts the memory is capable of achieving 2-2-2-8. The memory has integrated gold mirrored copper heatspreaders and is available in 512 MB modules and 1 GB dual channel kits. | |
