Scythe releases renewed Samurai cooler

Scythe has released a revamped version of its Samurai CPU cooler. The new product, dubbed Z, is equipped with a patent pending mechanism called VTPM, which allows installation without tools. It is compatible with all existing Intel and AMD sockets. The cooler has a 92 mm fan rotating at 2,000 rpm. Promised noise level is 23.5 dBA. The Samurai Z, priced at USD 32.95, is already available in the US, Canada and Japan and will arrive in Europe next January.
