Fujitsu has developed what is supposed to be the world’s first carbon nanotube-based heatsink for semiconductors. The use of the technology for high power amplifiers, says the company, successfully achieves heat dissipation and high amplification at the same time. The heatsinks are to be used in base stations for next-generation mobile communication systems in approximately three years. | |
