Scythe ships Katana heatpipe cooler

Japanese Scythe has announced a new heatpipe CPU cooler compatible with all existing sockets (370, 478 and 775 for Intel processors and 462, 754, 939 and 940 for AMD). The Katana has a 92 mm fan which rotates at 2,000 rpm generating a noise level of only 25 dBA. The cooler also sports a 4-way mountable design (2-way for socket 370 and 462) allowing users to choose the best position based on airflow and inside setups. Suggested price is USD 32.95.
