Thecus has expanded its NAS (Network Attached Storage) device line-up with the launch of N2200. This new model allows the installation of up to two 2.5” or 3.5” hard disk drives, supports RAID levels 0, 1 and JBOD, features four USB 2.0 ports, 256 MB DDR2 RAM, one Gigabit Ethernet port and an LCD display where you can monitor the status of the unit and the status of each hard disk drive installed. N2200 also supports hot swapping, which is a feature that allows you to replace defective hard disk drives with the system turned on. No word on pricing and availability.
