Sapphire has launched its newest power supply series called PURE. Available in 625 W, 950 W, 1,050 W and 1,250 W, units from this new series are compatible with ATX12V v2.3 and EPS12V v2.92 standards, have active PFC, 80 Plus certification (Standard for 625 W model, Silver for 950 W and 1,050 W models and Bronze for 1,250 W model), modular cabling system, six +12V virtual rails (625 W model has only three rails), a 132-mm fan equipped with 18 white LEDS with speed controlled according to the power supply temperature raging from 450 rpm to 2,000 rpm (625 W model has a 120-mm fan), Japanese caps and protections against overvoltage (OVP), under voltage (UVP), overload (OPP), over temperature protection (OTP), overcurrent (OCP) and short-circuit (SCP). No word on pricing and availability.
