Toshiba has launched a new hard disk drive series targeted to notebooks (2.5”) with 160 GB, 250 GB, 320 GB, 500 GB and 640 GB models. All of them work at 5,400 rpm, have SATA-300 interface and a 8 MB buffer. No word on pricing and availability.
