By Cássio Lima on May 11, 2009 - 7:56 PM

Gigabyte has just launched GV-N98TSL-1GI, a video card based on nVidia GeForce 9800 GT GPU. This card uses GeForce 9800 GT reference clocks (internal clock of 600 MHz, memory clock of 1,800 MHz DDR), has 1 GB GDDR3, features a passive cooling solution called Silent-Cell (copper base and three heatpipes) and supports Ultra Durable VGA technology, which increases the quality and durability (and of course, overclocking capability) from Gigabyte video cards by including special components like Japonese aluminum solid caps, low RDS(on) MOSFET transistors, ferrite chokes, printed circuit board using a 2 oz (57 g) copper layer and Samsung or Hynix memory chips. No word on pricing.
