Patriot has officially launched Fusion series of solid state drives. Available in 64, 128 and 256 GB capacities, Fusion SSDs have 64 MB of buffer, SATA-300 interface, RAID support (0, 1, 0+1) and provide read and write speeds of up to 260 MB/s and 180 MB/s, respectively (64 GB model provides read speed of 220 MB/s and write speed of 135 MB/s). No word on pricing.
