AMD/ATI Launches Radeon HD 4770

AMD/ATI launched today Radeon HD 4770, its first GPU built on 40 nm process. Radeon HD 4770 works internally at 750 MHz, accesses its 512 MB GDDR5 at 3,200 MHz DDR (800 MHz real) through a 128-bit interface, has 640 shader units, supports Shader 4.1 programming model (DirectX 10.1) and CrossFireX and Unified Video Decoder v2.0 technologies. This card also comes with two DVI connectors and takes two slots on the computer case. Radeon HD 4770 is priced at USD 100.
