OCZ has officially introduced Z-Drive, a PCI Express x4 SSD unit equipped with a RAID controller and 256 MB buffer. Z-Drive is available in 250 GB (read speed up to 450 MB/s and write speed up to 300 MB/s), 500 GB (read speed up to 510 MB/s and write speed up to 480 MB/s) and 1 TB (read speed up to 500 MB/s and write speed up to 470 MB/s) capacities. No word on pricing and availability.
