New AMD Phenom X4 Processors

AMD has launched two quad-cores Phenom II processors: Phenom X4 955 Black Edition (3.2 GHz) and Phenom X4 945 (3 GHz). Both are manufactured under 45 nm process, are based on AM3 platform, have 6 MB L3 cache, 4 GHz HyperTransport bus, built-in DDR3 memory controller and TDP of 125 W. Black Edition model has its clock multiplier unlocked and thus targeted to overclockers. Phenom X4 955 Black Edition is priced at USD 245 (at 1,000-units) and Phenom X4 945 is priced at USD 225 (at 1,000-units).
