Gateway Debuts Gaming Notebook

Gateway, a subsidiary of Acer, has launched P-7808u FX Edition, a gaming notebook equipped with Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 processor (internal clock of 2 GHz, external clock of 1,066 MHz, 6 MB L2 cache), 4 GB of RAM, GeForce 9800M GTS with dedicated 1 GB GDDR3, 17” LCD display (native resolution of 1440 x 900), 500 GB hard disk, ExpressCard slot, Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi (802.11 a/g/n), card reader, an 8x DVD writer, an 1.3 Mpixel webcam, three USB 2.0 ports, one Firewire port, one eSATA port and comes with Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit Edition operating system installed. This notebook is priced at USD 1,799.99.
